Reservations and pricing

Quotes are flat rates for airport and point-to-point service, or hourly rates with a stated minimum for charters. The price confirmed in writing is the price charged unless the itinerary changes at your request (additional stops, waiting time beyond the included grace period, or extended hours). Tolls, taxes and standard gratuity are included where stated on the quote.

Cancellations

• Sedan and SUV airport or point-to-point rides: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
• Sprinter, stretch limousine, party bus and hourly charters: 72 hours' notice; deposits are non-refundable within that window.
• Wedding and prom packages: terms stated on the signed contract.

Waiting time

Airport arrivals include 45 minutes (domestic) or 75 minutes (international) of complimentary wait time from the actual landing time. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Additional waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.

Conduct and damage

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol is permitted only when every passenger is 21 or older and never on school-event reservations. The client is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning or illegal activity by any passenger; a cleaning fee of up to $350 applies. The chauffeur may end a trip without refund if passenger conduct endangers safety.

Liability

Glenside Limousine Inc. is a licensed Illinois chauffeured-vehicle operator carrying commercial liability insurance. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airline schedule changes or events beyond our control, nor for personal items left in vehicles, although we make every effort to return them. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

Affiliated operators

If a reservation requires a vehicle outside our own fleet, we may fulfill it through a licensed affiliate operator that meets our standards. These terms continue to apply.
